Analyzing Stem Cell Populations using Flow Cytometry

Recent discoveries in stem cell biology have increased the importance of stem cells in therapeutics and have improved researchers’ understanding of normal and disease processes. The inherent diverse nature of differentiating cultures remains a challenge in stem cell research. Multicolor flow cytometry enables researchers to interrogate and quantify heterogeneous cell populations at the single cell level.
