Exploring the Potential of 3D Organoids through Live-Cell Analysis

Speaker

Abstract

Organoid technologies are increasingly being used as in vitro models of human development and disease because they exhibit morphogenetic, structural and functional properties that recapitulate in vivo pathophysiology. To successfully use these models across a variety of research disciplines and applications, it is important to reduce image variability, and to quantify these complex cell models.

Key webinar discussion topics include:

  • Creation of an integrated turnkey solution, to automatically monitor and quantify, stem cell-derived organoid formation, health, growth and modulation in real-time, from inside your tissue culture incubator
  • Incucyte® Live-Cell Analysis System methods, to optimize organoid culture conditions, together with real-time kinetic imaging and quantification, of organoid growth and maturation in Matrigel® domes
  • The study and quantification of drug-induced cellular changes in organoids, embedded in Matrigel® domes, using 96-well plates
