The Power of Plexing: 3rd Annual TMT Symposium

Tandem Mass Tags (TMT) have revolutionized the field of mass spectrometry by enabling simultaneous identification and quantification of protein expression from multiple samples in a single LC-MS analysis. This event will introduce the latest tag workflow solutions and highlight advancements in the use of tandem mass tags in various applications, including Chemoproteomics, PTMs, Automation, TMT-SureQuant, and Alternative quantification. You will leave with a deeper understanding of the capabilities of TMT and how it can be applied to your own research, paving the way for future discoveries and advancements.

September 12: We will delve into the world of big data analysis, exploring techniques for working with multiplex datasets and examining the use of Chemoproteomics, SILAC TMT (Protein turn over), Degradomics, and High throughput approaches.

September 13: We will focus on cutting-edge techniques, such as Spatialomics, Surequant, Single cell Analysis with TMT, and 96 Plates and Easypep use.
