  • How do I change my password?
    Once logged into LabRoots, you can change your password by hovering over your profile picture or avatar in the top right of the site. In the drop-down menu, you will see an 'Account Settings' option. Once you click on 'Account Settings,' you can easily change your password, as well as email, prefered language and timezone.
  • How do I obtain P.A.C.E. credits at a webinar?
    Once you participate and complete in an entire webinar, you will be prompted to click on the link provided and you will be directed to a form on the LabRoots website. You will be asked to do an evaluation of the speaker for confirmation of your attendance of the presentation. You will then be provided a certificate that can be printed out for your records.
  • How do I edit my profile?
    You can easily edit your profile by click on your profile picture or avatar in the top right of the site. Once on your profile, click on 'Edit Profile.' From there you can edit the about, work experience or education sections.
  • Who can see my contact details?
    If you haven't altered your privacy setting for your profile, all members of the LabRoots community can see your contact information. To change that, hover over your profile or avatar picture in the top right corner of the site, you will see a drop-down menu. By clicking on 'Privacy Settings,' you can select or unselect the items you want to make public or private.
  • How do I obtain continuing education credits at a webinar?
    Once you participate and complete a presentation in one of the virtual events, you will be prompted to click on the link provided and you will be directed to a form on the LabRoots website.
