Founded by research scientists in 1999, Cell Signaling Technology (CST) is a private, family-owned company headquartered in Danvers, Massachusetts with over 400 employees worldwide. Active in the field of applied systems biology research, particularly as it relates to cancer, CST understands the importance of using antibodies with high levels of specificity and lot-to-lot consistency. Its why we produce all of our antibodies in house, and perform painstaking validations for multiple applications. And the same CST scientists who produce our antibodies also provide technical support for customers, helping them design experiments, troubleshoot, and achieve reliable results. We do this because thats what wed want if we were in the lab. Because, actually, we are.

Cofactor Genomics’s mission is to create diagnostics that have the ability to predict the patients that can benefit from immunotherapies. Using more insightful multidimensional biomarkers created with RNA and machine learning, Cofactor’s diagnostics offer greater predictive power than any current test. Instead of searching for isolated, single-analyte biomarkers or DNA mutations, Cofactor’s products create multidimensional biomarkers that better capture the complex immune response at the site of a tumor. Cofactor Genomics empowers clinicians to be better informed while making treatment decisions to improve patient outcomes.

The Cooperative Human Tissue Network (CHTN) is a unique NCI supported biospecimen resource. The CHTN provides human tissues and fluids from routine surgical and autopsy procedures to investigators who utilize human biospecimens in their research. Unlike other biobanks, the CHTN works prospectively with each investigator to tailor specimen acquisition and processing to meet their specific project requirements. The purpose of the CHTN is to stimulate, for the good of the public, cooperative efforts to collect and distribute human biospecimens and to thereby, facilitate research utilizing those specimens. These activities are expected to encourage basic and developmental studies in many areas of cancer research.
