The arrival of a new baby is usually a happy event, but it can also be stressful with all the new responsibilities of taking care of a new baby while dealing with the physical and hormonal changes of childbirth. 80% of new mom suffer from the baby blues which is a normal, short-lived period of feeling sad, weepy, or moody that is triggered by hormonal changes after giving birth.
