Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is the most common neurobehavioral condition affecting children. ADHD impacts the parts of the brain that help us plan, focus on, and execute tasks. ADHD symptoms vary and include: inattentive, hyperactive, and sometimes impulsivity. The number of children diagnosed with ADHAD is on the rise, and has reached more than ten percent, which is a significant increase in the diagnosis rate in comparison to 20 years ago. In the US, over 6 million children were diagnosed with ADHD, which equals, on average, to 1-3 children in every classroom.
