Agilent LC-MS Released Glycan Workflow

The structure of N-linked glycans can play a critical role in the pharmacology of therapeutic proteins, potentially affecting immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. This makes the characterization of N-glycans an essential part of the biotherapeutic development process. Released glycan mapping is the preferred method used to identify glycosylation sites and total glycan composition. We present Agilent’s comprehensive workflow for N-linked glycan utilizing automated N-linked Glycan sample preparation and high-resolution LC-MS data analysis.
