Bacterial strain typing and genomics characterization of multi-drug resistance with QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench

Sponsored by: QIAGEN
Speaker

Abstract

In this webinar, we will present QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench and its utility for bacterial isolate identification, strain discrimination using core genome multi-locus typing (cgMLST) and detailed genomic analysis of factors contributing to multi-drug resistance.

Learning Objectives:

1. Demonstrate bioinformatics analysis workflows built using CLC Genomics ProSuite for routine food testing and surveillance purposes

2.  Demonstrate methods using the Microbial Insights database to CLC users seeking to identify the genetic determinants of AMR in bacterial pathogens
