By incorporating a yellow 561 nm laser and ten optical detection channels, the MACSQuant VYB Flow Cytometer offers researchers a versatile option of fluorescent proteins and conjugates to perform sophisticated multicolor experiments.  The combination of violet, yellow, and blue lasers is ideal for CRISPR applications utilizing fluorescent protein reporters and for detecting a wide range of fluorescent proteins.
