Abstract

Biopharmaceutical discovery, development and manufacturing requires the use of genetic analysis across the development continuum.  Sanger sequencing and fragment analysis by capillary electrophoresis (CE) are key genetic analysis tools owing to their accuracy, reproducibility, rapid time to results, application flexibility, and simple workflow.  In this webinar we discuss the use of CE across a broad range of applications from confirmation of sequences during molecular biology applications and gene editing, to sample and cell line authentication and manufacturing QC including the recent application in mRNA vaccine identity testing.

Key topics:

  • Demonstrate the use of CE for a range of discovery and development applications including CRISPR confirmation, NGS library QC, sample & cell line authentication and SNP genotyping
  • Share data for use of CE in late-stage development and manufacturing QC including RNA therapeutic sequence identity analysis and microbial contaminate testing
  • Benefits of the latest generation CE-based genetic analyzer, SeqStudio™ Flex, in biopharmaceutical settings
