Abstract

Recent advances in multi-omic approaches, including genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics, enable a more comprehensive description of the tumor. This promises to accelerate the development of precision medicine, but also presents challenges for diagnostic laboratories struggling to integrate this complex workflow into an efficient, scalable and robust service offering. This talk will highlight best practices, systems and innovations necessary for successful implementation of a Comprehensive Genomic and Immune Profiling (CGIP) assay to advance molecularly informed treatment decisions for cancer patients.
