Flow cytometry has expanded to have more users, more data, and multiple instrument types. While this has lead to more quantitative data measurements, the collection of data from different instruments or on different days contribute to inaccuracies and incomparable data. In this presentation, we will introduce ERF (Equivalent Number of Reference Fluorophore) standards and discuss the significance and advantages of using the ERF standards for quantitative flow cytometry instead of pre-existing, value-assigned beads. The aim of this talk is to demonstrate ERF beads improve quality and quantification for modern fluorescence techniques.
Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
