Abstract

The Baculovirus Expression Vector System is a versatile platform for expression of individual recombinant proteins, membrane proteins, virus-like particles and Adeno-associated virus (AAV). In this webinar, we describe the ExpiSf™ Expression System, the first chemically defined insect system that enables high-yield production of proteins and viral particles at small and large scales. The system includes an improved transfection reagent and updated protocol for faster baculovirus generation and a chemically defined enhancer to boost protein and virus production.
