Abstract

Glycosylation plays a significant role in the stability, safety and efficacy of protein therapeutics. As a result, glycan expression profiling is one of the critical quality attributes that must be monitored closely during clone selection in early development.

During upstream bioprocessing stages, thousands of samples must be screened monthly. To meet this need, a robust, high-throughput analytical characterization tool that can deliver reliable instrumentation is necessary. Additionally, efficient, user-friendly and flexible data analysis software is needed for large-scale sample analysis.
