The Invitrogen™ Attune™ CytPix Flow Cytometer can simultaneously collect fluorescence data and high-resolution brightfield images of individual cells. This allows to better understand the morphology of each cell population identified for analysis. The images can be used to study cell-cell interactions, rare event identification, and rapid confirmation of disease. The Attune CytPix can also be used to obtain morphological information about cells, such as their size, shape, and internal structures. This information is fundamental to identify different cell types or to study the effects of drugs or treatments on cell morphology. Importantly the Attune CytPix can be used to simultaneously measure multiple parameters, such as conventional fluorescence intensity in combination with forward and side scatter. This allows for a more comprehensive analysis of cells and can be used to identify subtle changes that would not be possible with classic flow cytometry. Moreover, it can be used to analyze large numbers of cells quickly and efficiently. This makes it a valuable tool for studying cell populations in clinical research applications, such as cancer research and diagnostics. In this webinar we will discuss potential applications of this technology with specific focus on cancer research, such as those involving circulating tumor cells, cell mediated cytotoxicity, apoptosis detection and clinical research data as you have never seen it before.
Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
