The session will start with a brief review of the history and benefits of IQCPs. The structure and components of the IQCP will be presented with more emphasis on Risk Management Concepts. An orientation will be given about the guided instructions and support documents Alere will provide for IQCPs, and how this information will fit into your individual plans. This will give you the information needed to get started on the IQCP processes.
