Fluorescence imaging offers robust, multi-parametric and scalable analysis of celllevel activity in heterogenous populations with excellent spatial and temporal resolution. This seminar will provide an overview of practical considerations for assay development in cancer and immunology research, covering platform andnewly developed probes for microscopic studies of cell surface target internalization, trafficking, phagocytosis and endocytic mechanism of action. Concomitant or serial readouts for apoptosis, cell health and stress will be reviewed as companion assays in the context of Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) labeling, delivery and lysosomal degradation.
Learning Objectives
- Best practices in live cell imaging assay development
- Leveraging endosomal pH to quantify internalization and trafficking
- Use of pathway and endpoint indicators for cell health and stress
Webinars will be available for unlimited on-demand viewing after live event.
