Unleashing the Potential of Multiparameter Selection Using the CGX10 System to Drive Next-Generation Cell Therapies

Abstract
For large-scale enrichment and isolation of immune cells or stem cells for cell therapy applications, common cell purification platforms separate cells based on a single surface antigen. Enrichment based on multiple cell surface markers or differing expression levels of these markers often requires a traditional cell sorter. In this webinar, we describe the CGX10 Cell Isolation System from Sony Biotechnology, a fully closed system suitable for GMP-compliant cell sorting. The CGX10 Cell Isolation System utilizes a novel microfluidics technology to achieve high purity cell isolation within a closed, sterile microfluidics chip.
The webinar also provides examples of how the CGX10 Cell Isolation System is used in protocols for driving next-generation cell therapies by employing multiparameter selection. We show how the system can be integrated into various cell and gene therapy manufacturing pipelines such as T-cell, regulatory T-cell (Treg), stem cell, and NK cell based cell therapies.
